de Maria Virgine,
vere passum immolatum
in cruce pro homine.

Cujus latus perforatum
unda fluxit sanguine.
Esto nobis praegustatum,
mortis in examine.

O dulcis, O pie, Jesu Fili Mariae,
miserere mei.  Amen.

English translation:
Hail, true body,
born of the Virgin Mary;
having truly suffered, sacrificed
for man on the cross.

Whose pierced side
flowed with water and blood.
Be for us a foretaste
in the test of death.

O Sweet, O Loving, Jesus, Son of Mary,
have mercy on me.  Amen.
