I will lift my eyes to the mountains,
From where comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:
he that watches over you will not slumber.
Behold, he that watches over Israel
Will slumber not nor sleep.

The Lord is your keeper:
the Lord is your shade upon thy right hand.
The sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.

The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
