Gaudent in caelis 
animae sanctorum 
qui Christi vestigia secuti sunt: 

et quia pro eius amore
sanguinem suum funderunt 
ideo cum Christo 
exsultant sine fine. 

Translation:
They rejoice in the heavens,
 the souls of the holy ones
who follow the footsteps of Christ:

and since for love of him
they poured out their blood,
therefore with Christ
they rejoice without end.
